Terms of Service

GoloLink lets you create tracked short links, attach them to YouTube videos, and view click analytics including country and device breakdowns. Features, limits, and availability vary by plan. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe or Polar (our payment processors) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.

Plan limits (such as the number of tagged videos and unique tracked links) are enforced per account. Price changes will be communicated in advance. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact support@gololink.comwithin 14 days of a charge if you believe you're owed one.

You agree not to use GoloLink to:

• Distribute spam, malware, phishing pages, or illegal content
• Redirect users to deceptive or harmful destinations
• Abuse rate limits, scrape the Service, or attempt unauthorized access
• Violate YouTube's terms, affiliate program rules, or applicable laws
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with GoloLink

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

GoloLink's name, logo, software, and design are our property or our licensors'. You retain ownership of your content (links, video titles, destinations). You grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy of analytics, or compatibility with third-party platforms such as YouTube or affiliate networks.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLOLINK AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoloLink from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your redirects, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

GoloLink is a redirect service — destination URLs are chosen and controlled entirely by our users, not by us. If you believe a link created through GoloLink redirects to content that infringes your copyright, email support@gololink.com with the short link in question, a description of the infringing material, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will investigate and disable offending links where warranted.
